Roasted potatoes
Ingredients
- 500 g potatoes, washed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- To serve: sour cream or yoghurt dip
Spices
- 2 tsp smoked paprika (or sweet)
- ½ tsp curry
- ½-1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
- Put the washed and halved potatoes in a large pot and drizzle over olive oil
