S’Mores Mug Cake Recipe
Equipment
- 1 mug, at least 5 cm high
- microwave
Ingredients
- 30 g flour
- 25 g sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (heaped)
- 45 ml milk
- 25 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- To top: Mini Marshmallows, chocolate drops and biscuits
Instructions
- Mix the dough: Add all ingredients except the toppings in your mug, then mix them until no lumps are left. A fork, small whisk, or electric stand mixer can help.
- 'Bake' and toppings: Pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds, then add chocolate drops, biscuits and marshmallows on top when it's still hot. Wait a couple of minutes for it to cool down a bit then enjoy fresh and warm.
