A good Chili should only be two things: easy to make and packed with flavours. That's what we aimed for with this vegetarian recipe. Since it's mainly based on canned foods, it requires very little effort. The mix of spices combined with a piece of dark chocolate make this recipe a classic go-to for every season. Serve with rice, nachos and sour cream - yummy!

Pour some oil in a large pot and fry onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes or until translucent. Add paprika powder, ground cumin and chili and fry for another 4-5 minutes to let the flavours elaborate.
Add 250 ml veggie broth, canned diced tomatoes, beans, bell pepper and dark chocolate. Let it simmer for 20 minutes, and stir occasionally to make sure it doesn't burn. Let it sit for 10 minutes to cool down & enjoy!
