Ingredients
1canchickpeas, drained and rinsed(400 g net weight)
1garlic clove
2tbspolive oil
2-3tbsptahini
½tspsalt(add more to taste)
lemon juice of half a lemon
½tspcumin
5-6tbsp(about 60 ml) water(add gradually until you get desired texture)
Garnish (optional)
1pinchpaprika powder
2-3tbspolive oil

Instructions
Drain canned chickpeas. If you want your smoothies to be extra smooth and have a little more time, you can peel the chickpeas by squishing them in a bowl of water. We usually don't do this.
Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Add little sips of water to get to the desired texture.
Garnish with chickpeas, olive oil and paprika powder.
Storage
Store in a container and cover the surface with oil. Refrigerate for a couple of days, or freeze for later.
