Easy BOUNTY balls

Ingredients

  • 200 g Shredded coconut
  • 200 ml Condensed Milk
  • 150-200 g Coating milk chocolate

Instructions

  • Mix the shredded coconut with the condensed milk, then shape them into balls
  • Refrigerate the balls for 1 to 2 hours in the fridge
  • Fill a saucepan with 1 to 2 inches of water and bring to a boil
  • Turn the heat or power off then place the chocolate in a smaller and heat-safe bowl on top of the saucepan, and stir frequently until fully melted
  • Use a fork to help dip and coat your coconut balls in the melted chocolate, then put them on parchment paper and sprinkle with some shredded coconut for the finishing touch
  • Let the balls set in the fridge for an hour, and enjoy!
