Easy Shrimp Tacos with Mango Avocado Salsa

Ingredients

  • 4 tacos or small tortillas
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 1 small mango, cubed
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbso cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • salt to taste
  • handful ice berg salad, shredded
  • 250 g shrimps, cooked
  • cooking oil

Shrimp seasoning

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chili, cayenne pepper
  • salt to taste

Spicy mayo

  • 2 tbsp mayonaise
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Instructions

  • Fresh ingredients: Chop lettuce in shreds and set aside. Add cubed avocado, mango, diced onion, cilantro, lime juice and a pinch of salt in a bowl and mix well
  • Shrimps: Fry shrimps in some oil and add seasoning. Fry for 2-3 minutes.
    TIP: don’t waste the sauce, wipe your tortilla through the pan after frying the shrimps!
  • Combine: Warm your your taco or tortilla, and fill it with the fresh ingredients and top with shrimps. Top with spicy mayo. Enjoy!
