Lightly oil your grill (or pan) so the peach slices don’t stick. Then grill them for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly brown. If you’re using a pan, you might need to reduce the time so they don’t get too soft
Mix together the ingredients for the dressing. Tip: add the ingredients to a jar and shake it for a creamier and more homogenous sauce
Now layer: a bed of rocket, too with peaches, strawberries, feta and nuts and drizzle that dressing on top. Enjoy!
