Ingredients

  • 400 g canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 60 g smooth peanut butter
  • 140 g maple syrup
  • 70 g oat flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 20 g chocolate chips
  • Optional: chocolate chips and pecan nuts to top

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips to your blender or food processor. Blend it for a couple of minutes until you have a smooth dough.
  • Add chocolate chips and fold them in.
  • Evenly spread the dough in your mold and decorate it with more chocolate chips and pecan nuts.
  • Bake them for 20 minutes on 180C (350F).
