Healthy Edible Cookie Dough Recipe

This healthy edible cookie dough is a healthy snack to fix your sweet tooth. It comes together in just a few minutes and only requires four basic ingredients, oat flour, peanut butter, maple syrup and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 110 g oat flour
  • 120 g smooth peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 30 g unsweetened chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a medium bowl and mix/knead the cookie dough until fully combined.
  • Add chocolate chips and fold in, then take ~1 tsp of your healthy edible cookie dough and roll it into a ball.
  • Enjoy directly or store in the fridge up for a couple of days.
