Start with Chocolate: Prepare 12 muffin cups and melt your coating chocolate over water bath. Pour half of the melted chocolate into the 12 cups (about 1 tbsp per cup). Let it harden slightly in the fridge for about 15 minutes. Set the remaining melted chocolate aside (it will usually keep liquid enough)
Peanut Butter Filling: Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl. Then scoop about 1 tsp into each cup and gently flatten it with the tip of your spoon
More chocolate: Now drizzle over the remaining chocolate to cover the peanut butter layer fully
Chill: Let it set in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours, or over night. It keeps for a couple of weeks in the fridge.
