Ingredients

  • 2 store-bought shortcrust doughs (savory version)
  • 200 ml marinara sauce
  • 150 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • grated parmesan to sprinkle on top
  • Optional: bell pepper, salami or other ingredients to add to the filling

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees
  • Lay the shortcrust doughs on top of each other and roll them up into a sausage. Cut it into 12 equal parts, then press each roll of dough inside the muffins mould. To avoid sticking to the pan, use paper tins or oil.
  • Add a bottom layer of mozzarella cheese (about 1 tsp), then a tbsp of marinara sauce, any additional toppings you like and sprinkle over some parmesan
  • Bake for 20-25 mins at 180 degrees
