white bread (baguette or regular, cut in half of sliced)
2-3ripe tomatoes
1garlic clove
pinch of salt (to taste)
1tbspolive oil (and some more to grill bread)

Instructions
Grate the tomatoes with your grater through the bigger holes until you're left with the peel and stem
Get rid of the excess liquid by putting the grated tomato in a sieve, then transfer them to a bowl and add in olive oil and salt
Drizzle some olive oil on the bread slices and grill them in a pan until golden brown. Then take have a garlic clove and rub the open side onto the bread
Spread tomato paste on top, sprinkle over parsley and spread over fresh, creamy burrata
