Ingredients

  • 1 block feta
  • 120-150 g greek yoghurt, depending on desired thickness
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small beetroot, cooked

Instructions

  • Blend: Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor and blend for 1-2 minutes or until creamy. Enjoy with crackers, veggies or as a spread
  • Store: store in the fridge for up to two days, or per feta package description
