Roasted potatoes

Our special touch: add paprika and curry powder and you’ll take them to a whole new level of deliciousness. Paired with a quick yoghurt dip they’re a great addition to your dinner!

- 500 g potatoes, washed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- To serve: sour cream or yoghurt dip
Spices
- 2 tsp smoked paprika (or sweet)
- ½ tsp curry
- ½-1 tsp salt
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
Put the washed and halved potatoes in a large pot and drizzle over olive oil
In a small bowl, combine spices and add to the pot. Now shake until potatoes are evenly covered in spices
Spread potatoes on a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes until they are getting wrinkly. Enjoy with sour cream or yoghurt dip
