Roasted potatoes

Roasted potatoes are one of the most comforting and delicious dishes out there! Slightly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with flavor, you just can’t go wrong! Our special touch: add paprika and curry powder and you’ll take them to a whole new level of deliciousness. Paired with a quick yoghurt dip they’re a great addition to your dinner!

Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes, washed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • To serve: sour cream or yoghurt dip

Spices

  • 2 tsp smoked paprika (or sweet)
  • ½ tsp curry
  • ½-1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees
  • Put the washed and halved potatoes in a large pot and drizzle over olive oil
  • In a small bowl, combine spices and add to the pot. Now shake until potatoes are evenly covered in spices
  • Spread potatoes on a baking tray and bake for 30-40 minutes until they are getting wrinkly. Enjoy with sour cream or yoghurt dip
