In a large skillet, fry diced onion, diced paprika and spices in a bit of oil until onions are translucent. Then add diced tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.
Use a spoon to make little 'nests' in the red base, and carefully crack the eggs inside. Cover with a lit and let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Make sure the egg yolk stains runny.
Sprinkle over fresh cilantro and feta cheese and serve with grilled bread.
